Nikkia Adolphe, Founding Partner and Head of Strategy
An enthusiastic and creative storyteller, Nikkia has spent 15+ years across marketing and communications functions, primarily focused on strategy and driving brand storytelling for various companies across retail, e-commerce, enterprise tech, consumer, and finance. She has experience leading teams specializing in B2B and B2C media relations, thought leadership, and strategy, working with various start-up, high-growth and legacy brands including Amazon, Meta, and Ryder.
A believer in cultivating an inclusive, forward-thinking culture, Nikkia has led DEI efforts throughout her career to foster a sense of belonging and empowerment for all in the workplace - especially for communication professionals in often overlooked groups. She spearheaded research culminating in a report, in conjunction with the National Black Public Relations Society (BPRS), on the disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 specifically on black communications professionals which were featured across PR News, Black Enterprise and Financial Times.
Nikkia has contributed her thoughts to industry-led publications such as PR News and O’Dwyer’s. Also named PRSA GA's 2020 Forty Under 40 and Women We Admire’s Top 50 Leaders in Georgia for 2023 and 2024, Nikkia continually shares her insights and depth of experience through speaking across industry events; most recently, she was a featured speaker at the National Diversity Council’s Georgia Leadership Conference and PRSA's ICON International Conference.
An Atlanta native, Nikkia obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Georgia State University where she studied Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations.
